Regional Laws & Ordinances/Minimum Age Requirements/Conditions

As a customer of KNIVESAMERICA you certify that you are of legal age to purchase and possess these products based on the Local, City, State, and Federal Laws of the United States of America for the region for which you reside, and furthermore, you agree to use these products in a manner that is consistent with the laws as stated above for the area in which you reside in the United States of America.

KNIVESAMERICA reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and cancel any orders for products we sell that will not be used in a manner consistent with the Laws of the United States of America.

Law Enforcement Products such as batons that require the proper LE Credentials for purchase will not be shipped until a valid copy of said credentials are Faxed to us at: 951-351-1955. There are no exceptions to this requirement. Department letterhead with proper authorization is acceptable.

KNIVESAMERICA reserves the right to sell ammunition solely to individuals that are at least 21 years of age. If purchasing ammunition from us you certify that you are at least 21 years old and agree to fax to us a copy of your Drivers License for verification at: 951-351-1955. We reserve the right to cancel orders for customers that cannot verify their age. ALL AMMUNITION SALES ARE FINAL. THEIR ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.

We will not ship high capacity magazines to states that still have a ban on such mags like Califonia, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New York, Ohio, and Washington DC. We reserve the right to cancel any magazine order that does not meet the standards of the laws for the state which the mag or mags will be shipped. Their are no exceptions to this regulation. Please be familiar with the Local & State Laws for the region for which you reside prior to placing a magazine order from us. 

We will not ship folding stocks to Connecticut, California, Delaware, Minnesota, New York, Massachusetts, and New Jersey. These states consider such stocks as assault weapon related therefore they are banned in these states. Their are no exceptions to this regulation. Please be familiar with the Local & State Laws for the region for which you reside prior to placing a folding stock order from us.

We will only ship our products domestically to the 50 United States. We do not ship any of our products Internationally.

In no event shall KNIVESAMERICAS total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount of $50.00.

You agree to indemnify and hold KNIVESAMERICA harmless from any and all damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including but not limited to attorneys fees and costs of suit, incurred by KNIVESAMERICA as a result of any claim, proceeding, and or judgment to the extent it arises out of or is connected in any manner with the operation, use, distribution or modification of any of KNIVESAMERICAS products.

You may not use or otherwise export or re-export any KNIVESAMERICA products except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which KNIVESAMERICA was obtained. In particular, but without limitation, KNIVESAMERICAS products may not be exported or re-exported (i) into (or to a national or resident of) any U.S. embargoed country or (ii) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Departments list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Department of Commerce's Table of Denial Orders. By using any KNIVESAMERICA product, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, or under control of, or a national or resident of any such country or on any such list.

Payment Terms

KNIVESAMERICA prefers PayPal and accepts all forms of credit cards through the PayPal Payment Portal. You do not need a PayPal Account to use your credit card through PayPal. KNIVESAMERICA is "PayPal Verified" meaning your purchase will usually be insured up to $2,000 through PayPal when you make payment through the PayPal Portal. We also accept personal checks and money orders but all checks must clear prior to the order shipping. This usually takes 5-10 business days and sometimes longer. We will ship an order earlier should the check clear earlier.

We collect 8.75% Sales Tax for California as our company base location. We do not collect sales tax for any other state but, as a consumer, you agree to be aware and comply with your state and local sales tax requirements in the event any such taxes exist for your place of residence.
